NP3051 series intelligent differential pressure/pressure
transmitter is an intelligent field instrument conforming to HART
protocol. Using the original imported diaphragm in the design of
the micro external processor and HART communication circuit, you
can store any support HART communication protocol of the upper
computer software or HART communication protocol in line with the
268, 275 and other hand-operated device for two-way communication,
and with a 5-digit intelligent digital LCD display, you can display
the differential pressure / pressure value, the output current
value and output percentage value, debugging is very convenient, to
achieve the Transmitter digital and intelligent functions, and
compatible with the traditional 4 ~ 20mA analog output signal, so
as not to change the control system to achieve and analog meter
interchangeable.
NY3051 Pressure Sensor Transmitter Working Principle
NP3051 series intelligent differential pressure / pressure
transmitter has a variable capacitance sensing assembly called "δ" chamber see the figure below, the process pressure is transmitted
through the "δ" chamber on both sides of the isolation diaphragm,
filling fluid to the "δ " chamber to the center diaphragm. The
center diaphragm is a tension elastic element, which produces a
corresponding deformation displacement for the pressure difference
between the two sides acting on it, and this displacement is
transformed into the differential capacitance formed on the
capacitor pole plate. The differential capacitance is converted
into a standard output signal by an electronic circuit.
