Working principle
Magnetic level gauge can be used for all kinds of tower, tank,
tank, spherical container and boiler and other equipment medium
level detection. Magnetic level gauge can achieve high sealing,
leakage prevention and suitable for high temperature, high
pressure, corrosion resistant occasions.
The magnetic level gauge has a cavity to accommodate the floating
ball (called the measuring tube or the main tube), which is
composed of a connector with the container through a flange or
other suitable connection. According to the principle of the
connector, with the change of the liquid level in the container,
the page in the cavity and the liquid level in the container are of
the same height, so it drives the floating ball in the cavity to
move up and down, and rises and falls with the liquid level in the
container. At this time, we can not see the liquid level, so a
magnetic flip column display is installed outside the cavity.
