Working Principle of Pressure Transmitter

NP93420 series utilizes the piezoresistive effect of semiconductors and micro-machining technology to manufacture a Wheatstone bridge on a specific crystal orientation of a single crystal silicon wafer by photolithography, diffusion and other semiconductor processes to form a sensitive diaphragm, when subjected to external force.
